Limestone Men’s Lacrosse Returning to NCAA Tournament

The No. 10 Limestone College Saints return to the NCAA Division II tournament as the Saints received one of four post-season berths on Sunday. Limestone will face No. 1 LeMoyne in Syracuse, N.Y., on May 20.

The Saints, who recently won their eighth consecutive Deep South Conference title, finished the season with an 11-6 overall record. Earlier this season, Limestone lost to LeMoyne, 13-4, in Duluth, Ga. The Dolphins enter tournament play with a perfect 14-0 record.

Dowling hosts Mercyhurst in the other Division II semifinal game on May 21.

Only four Division II men’s lacrosse teams receive NCAA tournament bids.
