BALTIMORE, MD - Senior goalie Matt Holthaus (Churchville, MD) and sophomore attack Andrew Chapman (Toronto, ONT) have been selected as preseason All-Americans by Inside Lacrosse. The Deep South Conference preseason poll was also announced.

Holthaus was a second team selection while Chapman made the honorable mention squad. Holthaus led the DSC in saves per game (15.64) and had the league's only shutout last season. Holthaus was a first team All-DSC selection in 2004. Chapman was sidelined last year due to an injury but led the DSC in goals per game (3.58) as a freshman. Chapman was the 2004 DSC Freshman of the Year and was a second team All-DSC pick.
